This is Mike W. Robinson's Sierra College Mechatronics MECH 1 and MECH 10 class materials site.  WELCOME!

Proceed to the MECH 1 or the MECH 10 class pages only after you have read the News & Comment page, which has more on what's happening and soon to happen in class and with assignments, days off, teacher absence, etc.

Enrolled students should view the News & Comment page regularly.

Downloadable materials are in the PDF format (go HERE if you need more info about PDFs).

The materials in this site are intended only for Mr. Robinson's current classes and may not apply to any others.  Always check the school's latest class schedule to see which classes are being taught and by whom.

The primary purpose of this site, on the Web since April, 2000, is to provide an asynchronous way to deliver information to students.  It is somewhat more than a syllabus but much less than being in class.  Share what you think about the site, and how it could easily be improved.

Please read the Privacy / Site Policy Statement.

"I just really wanted to thank you for our class.  I am going to try my hand at Mechatronics and I just wanted to tell you that you inspired me to try to succeed in this field if I can make it.  I think your Mech class has been the first class that I have taken that I really honestly enjoyed.  I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do with my life until this class.  To build things, mess with all that nifty stuff really put that spark back in my life.  I am very glad to have been in your class and keep up the good work!"
